Final Exam Schedule
2008-2009

6th Grade

• Wednesday-Math and 7th period elective

• Thursday-Language Arts and 6th period elective

• Friday-Social Studies and/or Science

7th Grade Apache

• Wednesday – 4th, 5th and 6th period test (does not include history test)

• Thursday – 7th and 8th period test, history test will be taken during regular class time

• Friday – 1st and 2nd period test, elective test during regular class time

7th Grade Creek

• Wednesday – 5th and 6th period test

• Thursday - 7th and 8th period test, history test will be taken during regular class time

• Friday- 1st, 2nd and 3rd period test (does not include history test), elective test during regular class time.

Ford’s current 1st period students

• Wednesday – 5th and 6th period test

• Thursday – 7th and 8th period test, history test will be taken during regular class time

• Friday – 1st and 2nd period test, elective test during regular class time

Brantley’s current 1st period students

• Wednesday – 4th and 5th period test

• Thursday - 6th, 7th and 8th period test, history test will be taken during regular class time

• Friday – 1st and 2nd period test, elective test during regular class time

• Wednesday- 4th and 5th period test

• Thursday- 6th and 7th period test, history test will be taken during regular class time

• Friday- 1st and 2nd period test, elective test during regular class time

F Building

• Wednesday-8th period elective, History test during Language Arts class

• Thursday-2nd period elective (Spanish I students may need more time) and 6th & 7th period test

• Friday-1st and 3rd period test, 4th and 5th period test

B Building and Carter’s homeroom

• Wednesday-5th period elective, history test during Language Arts class

• Thursday-6th and 7th periods, 8th period elective

• Friday-1st and 2nd periods, 3rd and 4th periods

• All classes will give exams including electives.

• 8th graders will take their history test on Wednesday during their language/history class.

• Exams will be given on assigned days unless permission from principal is given.

• Dismissal time for students on Friday will be approximately 11:45

• 6th grade will have electives on Wednesday and Thursday but not on Friday.

• All 8th graders will remain in their second class until the bell rings to go home on Friday.

• Follow normal bell schedule. There will be no bell changes and students will move from one class to another in the normal order.

• Students who are in rotation classes that only last a 9 weeks can be exempt as long as they meet the criteria in the handbook.
